Why I Don’t Do Sales

Recall the last time you spoke to a person and after a few minutes they transitioned to the pitch/sale part?

And you were feeling you’re being sold to?

It happens all of the time.
It’s the reason why I don’t do sales.

Well, I do have the ‘sales’ part, of course it’s necessary.

Nevertheless, it comes after the marketing part.
Marketing part makes the sales part superfluous.

By the end of marketing part, the only thing you want your customer to be thinking is ‘how do I get this product?’

Here a little structure for you:

Let’s say you wrote sales letter, then 75% of it should be your marketing message.

25% should be your sales message.

In short, your marketing part should:

Educate your leads about your product…

Handle objections…

Show them why your product is different than others..

Show them a reason why they should get it now…

Credibility…

Product promise…

Proof…

And so on…

Your sales part should contain:

Feature and benefits…

Deliverables…

Guarantee…

Social proof…

Bonuses…

Calls to action…

Makes sense?

Your marketing will do the selling and by the time your leads come to the sales part – they will be sold.

This way you fill in the gaps plus you get your sales letter done fast.

Cheers,

Damir
